RICHARD RUMNEY

Richard Rumney spends his days as a culture specialist for Red Bull South Africa looking after projects such as the Red Bull Studios Cape Town and his nights producing music and DJing around cities such as Cape Town and Johannesburg as DJ Maramza (previously known as Richard the Third). Over the years he has worked as a Sound Engineer recording and producing music and sound for TV and film, taught Digital Music Technology at Damelin and WITs, attended the Red Bull Music Academy 2004 in Rome, been editor-in-chief of music industry website www.mio.co.za and toured Europe, USA and South America performing with Spoek Mathambo.
